You can definitely use Broadstreet if you’re in the UK. Charges to your account are converted to GBP at billing time. However, other optional features, like advertiser billing, require the use of USD. We do not support international currencies at this time.
While it is technically possible to bill advertisers via a credit card in Brazil (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), we can’t pay out to publisher’s bank accounts in Brazil. We are able to pay out via PayPal upon request. For that reason your best bet would be to use an internationally-friendly payments service.
Right now there isn’t a way to edit an existing user, but you can remove existing users and re-add them. When you add them you’ll tick the invoices checkbox in the process.
