As long as your Metro Publisher account is set up with Broadstreet, you can upload any sized advertisement and target it to any Zone that you would like under your account in the dashboard. Broadstreet doesn’t enforce specific ad sizes. Any standard or custom sized ad will work.
Is refunding an ad after approval possible? No. Once an ad has been approved by the publisher, the advertiser will be billed. The ad can be removed from the site, but it isn’t possible to refund. We suggest handling this offline. Broadstreet Ads XPRESS
