Everyone has a million passwords these days, which is why Broadstreet makes it simple to access your account in the event you forget a password or need to update it.
The instructions below show you how to reset a forgotten password as well as how to update your Broadstreet password when desired.
Reset Forgotten Password
Open the login page for Broadstreet. You can click the link here for a shortcut. On the login page, click Forgot password underneath the login fields.
You will be prompted to enter the email that you use to sign into Broadstreet. Once you have, click Recover.
Check the email that you use to sign into Broadstreet and in a few minutes you will receive a link that will allow you to update your password.
Once you’ve updated the password for your account you’ll be prompted to sign in again, and the password will be what you use to login until you change it again.
Update Your Password
If you want to change your password after already having successfully logged in, you can do so in a few simple steps.
On the homepage of a network, click the Edit Network button in the top menu.
On the page that opens look for the Admins section. Locate your name in the administrators and click the email address below your name.
This opens the Edit Profile page. In the Password field, simply enter the new password you want your account to have and then select Update User.
