When you log in to Broadstreet, you can see your profile name in the top right of the screen. Your profile information has the email attached to your account as well as the password for the account. Sometimes you may need to update this information, and the process is a simple one in Broadstreet.
The directions below walk you through how to update your profile.
Edit Profile
Navigate to the Home option in the left menu.
In the header menu, select the Logged in as dropdown to see all the options. Click Edit Profile.
This opens the Edit Profile page. You’ll see all three profile fields that can be edited.
Name
This is the name that displays for your profile, visible in the top corner.
This is the email that Broadstreet will send all reports to and that you will use to log in. If you change the email for your profile, you will have to check the new email account and verify it for Broadstreet to continue sending messages to the new email.
Password
You can enter a new password for your account in this area.
Access Token
Your user access token for Broadstreet.
Once you have finished updating your profile information, select Update User to finalize the changes.
