Broadstreet allows you to set up automatic advertisement reports that will be emailed to advertiser admins on a scheduled basis. The information included in the automatic reports matches the Overall Reports that can be run in Broadstreet. For more information on Overall Reports see the documentation here.
Note that all advertiser admins will receive the automatic advertisement reports. For more information on advertiser admins see the article here.
The directions below will walk you through how to set up and update automatic advertisement reports for advertisers.

- Click the 3 dots next to that advertiser to open the dropdown menu

Select Report Schedule
On the Edit Advertiser page, navigate to the Reports section
There will be four options for how often to schedule the reports to send to advertisers.

Monthly
This will email a report to advertiser admins once a month with analytics on the performance of their ads. The report will start on the 1st of the next month and repeat every 1st of the month.
Quarterly
This will email a report to advertiser admins once a quarter (every three months) with analytics on the performance of their ads. The report will start on the 1st of the next quarter and be sent on the 1st of every new quarter.
End of Campaign
This will email a report to advertiser admins after a campaign has run its course.
Report Style
If you want your advertiser to receive a more detailed report, you can enable the option to Show Geography Data. This means that the advertiser will not only see data about the number of clicks but also information on the location where those clicks came from in the world.
When you have finished selecting your report information, click Save at the bottom of the page.
You can change the report schedule and options at any time by returning to the advertiser page and updating these selections
